June 3 – Tiananmen Square Massacre Memorial/Rally for Human Rights in China

Sunday, June 3rd. 2:00-3:30 PM
Hing Hay Park, 423 Maynard Ave South, Seattle, WA

Please join us for a rally promoting human rights in China, held in conjunction with the 23rd anniversary of the 1989 Tiananmen Square massacre. The focus of the event will be to highlight how little has changed in China in the ensuing years, despite the economic progress and promises of reform touted by the Chinese government. It is time for China to fulfill it’s obligation to treat it’s citizens justly, humanely, and as people empowered to participate in bettering their own lives.
