June 1- Tiananmen Square 25th Anniversary Memorial Event

This Sunday, June 1 we will commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square Massacre, which took place on June 4, 1989. As always, the memorial event is co-sponsored by Amnesty International and the Federation for a Democratic China along with a number of Chinese democracy and human rights organizations.

The event will take place beginning at 2:30 pm in Room 120 of Smith Hall, on the University of Washington campus. Smith Hall is on the Quad northeast of Red Square, near Savery and Gowen Halls.
